Photoabstract

Vale, ¿donde está la foto?. Yo no recuerdo muy bien como o con que foto comenzo está obra, pero seguro que empezo basándome en una foto. Realizar manipulaciones digitales para mi es mucho más que realizar un retoque. Estoy convencido que si los grandes artistas del último milenio hubieran nacido estos días, utilizarían los ordenadores y las cámaras digitales en vez de pintar con pinceles y brochas.
Yo estoy buscando crear algo nuevo, diferentes y pienso que el resultado es muy bueno (claro, que es mi opinión ;-) Este trabajo será impreso sobre lienzo y exhibido en una galaría aún por determinar. Gracias por su tiempo.

Ok, where is the photo? I dont remenber what was the first photo in this manipulation, but for sure I start with one. Digital alterations to me is more than a simple manipulation. If the greatest artist of the last century born this days, for sure they will use the computer and the digital camera instead of paint and brushes. Here I am looking to create something totally different and the result I think is pretty good (ok, is my opinion). This work is going to be print on a canvas to exhibit on an art gallery. Excellent work, and I agree with your comment about what would happen if one of the masters was born today... reminds me of that 80's movie 'Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure 2' when they had to bring all of the famous people of the past through the time machine and to the present. Beethoven came to the eighties and started rocking out on a bunch of keyboards at the mall! I totally believe that we are meant to use this technology and should not be imprisoned by some crazy beliefs on photographic 'purity'!!! Although sometimes it is really nice to capture simple photos of simple things...
